Get your documents ready. Don't give IRCC a reason to say no.

IRCC checks every claim in your profile against the documents you send. This kit gives you fill-in templates, scripts, and checklists for the letters you have to get right: reference letters, bank letters, and letters of explanation. For CEC, FSW, and FST applicants, in Canada or abroad.

What IRCC doesn't publish

More than one in four profiles fail before the invitation. Nobody counts what happens after it.

Ineligible Express Entry profiles by year. Source: IRCC, Express Entry Year-End Report 2024, Figure 3. IRCC hasn't published 2025 or 2026 yet.

Here's the number nobody puts out: how many invited applications get sent back or refused over documents. IRCC doesn't publish it. We looked.

What IRCC does publish is the rule. What you claim in your profile has to be backed by documents when you apply, or your application could be refused. Its help centre names what trips people up: missing documents, unsigned or incomplete forms, not following the guide.

01 / The problem

The ITA comes with a 60-day clock.

Then your old employer sends a two-line letter that says you worked there and did a great job. No duties. No hours. No salary.

IRCC won't accept that. By the time HR sends a second draft, three weeks are gone. Your bank letter is still pending. Your police certificate hasn't arrived.

How the 60 days go when you start lateDay

01

Invitation lands. You email HR for a reference letter.

06

HR sends two lines. Dates, and "a valued member of the team."

27

Second draft arrives. Three weeks gone.

41

Bank letter still pending. Police certificate still in the mail.

60

Deadline. The clock doesn't pause for anyone's HR department.

The people who submit on time started collecting documents before the invitation came.

02 / What it costs you

Your work experience only counts if a letter proves it.

IRCC doesn't take your word for it. It takes your employer's, in writing, with the details spelled out. Leave out the hours or the duties and the officer has nothing to count.

And while you chase a rewrite, the 60-day clock keeps running.

How this kit was built

From IRCC's own documents. Nothing made up.

Every requirement in the kit comes from IRCC's published guidance: its instructions for work experience letters and proof of funds, the Express Entry Year-End Report, and the official rounds of invitations data. Every number on this site names its source.

When IRCC changes a rule, the files get updated and you get the new version free.

What this isn't: advice from an immigration consultant or a lawyer. The kit is general information. If your situation is complicated, hire a licensed RCIC or lawyer. You'll still need these documents either way.

Questions

FAQ

Do I need this before I get an ITA?

That's the best time. Reference letters and bank letters can take weeks, and the 60-day clock doesn't pause while you wait.

I'm outside Canada. Does it work for me?

Yes. The reference letters, proof of funds pack, and roadmap apply to FSW and FST applicants wherever you live.

Does it work for Canadian Experience Class?

Yes. Proof of funds doesn't apply to CEC, but the portal still asks every applicant for a document, so the kit includes the short exemption letter to upload. The reference letters and roadmap are built with CEC applicants in mind.

Is this legal advice?

No. These are general templates and checklists. For advice on your own file, use a licensed RCIC or lawyer.

Is it available in French?

Yes. Every purchase includes both the English and the French edition of the kit, with the same templates, trackers, and roadmap.

Do I get updates?

Yes. When IRCC changes its requirements, you get the updated files at no cost.

Can't I find all this online for free?

Yes, you can. IRCC publishes its rules, and the forums are full of advice. You're welcome to piece it together yourself, no hard feelings. We spent the hours reading IRCC's guides, year-end reports, and draw data, turned it into fill-in templates and checklists, and we keep it current when IRCC changes something. The $29 buys you those hours back.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final. It's a digital download, the files are yours the moment you buy, and a lot of research goes into building it and keeping it up to date. Read the full list of what's inside before you order.
